There are pizza joints all over NYC. Many are sub par and this one stands above almost all other pizza in the city. The ingredients are fresh. The experience is fun. The staff are friendly. And the pizza is DELISH! Sitting outside at night is especially enjoyable. 🍕

The pizza selection is amazing. The ingredients, even better. The crust has a dough but also just the perfect crunch to the bottom. The sauce is not too sweet and not too spicy. Just enough cheese and ingredients. Ratios of everything was on point. I got mushroom and pepperoni and husband got Margarita which was so tasty 😋! Also clean too. Narrow like most places in NYC but there was a good turnaround of tables to find a spot to sit.

I don't get to visit NYC as much as I'd like, so when I get a slice, I need it to be authentic. Roma Pizza did not disappoint. They offer a variety of items made fresh in the store. The prices seem reasonable- for 2 slices and a drink, I paid about $13. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely return (I gotta go back to try one of their salads and homemade cakes 😊).

Roma Pizza—All That Glitters Is Not Dough Walking into Roma Pizza on 6th Ave is a genuinely pleasant visual experience — you’re greeted by about 20 different pies on display, every combination imaginable, and any self-respecting pizza connoisseur feels their pulse quicken…I was ready to put in some work. I asked for a veggie slice and a classic pepperoni, requested extra crispy — as any reasonable pizza person would. After a few minutes he pulled out my slices and slid them across the counter. Half of my veggie slice had been left behind in the oven. What he handed me was a mangled, mutilated, mongrel of a slice. I stared at it in total disbelief and didn’t utter a word — he seemed to get it that I was not going to shelter that wayward slice. To his credit he offered me a replacement, as well as the mongrel, but I politely declined the casualty. The replacements arrived in about two minutes — my crispy request had clearly not made the journey. What I got was the soggiest, sloppiest, saddest pizza slices I can remember — less slices, more edible apologies. Total dough collapse. I did my best to eat what I can only describe as soup pizza, but it was no small task. The veggie sl

This place is a fantastic find! Roma Pizza serves up some truly great-tasting dishes. We had a pizza roll and a few different slices, and every single one was delicious. What really makes this spot shine is the overall experience. The staff is incredibly courteous, the food comes out fast, and it's all very decently priced. It's clear they run a great operation. While the main area isn't huge, don't let that fool you-they have more seating than you'd expect, with tables further inside and even some outdoor spots. For a quick, delicious, and friendly pizza experience, I highly recommend this place.
